Casatalaya Residences is a boutique scheme of 28 apartments in Torremuelle, on the Benalmádena coast. The site sits on gently rising ground, and the whole building is turned south: every apartment faces the same way, towards open sea, which is why the plans work on cross ventilation and why light holds in the living rooms through the day rather than arriving for an hour and leaving.

Ten homes remain, and the choice is unusually simple because the scheme offers only two products, both with three bedrooms. Ground-floor homes run 139 to 152 m² and open onto garden terraces. Duplex penthouses run 202 to 206 m² across two levels with a solarium above. There is nothing in between — no middle-floor stock — so the decision is really between garden and roof rather than between floors. Location — Torremuelle, Benalmádena

Torremuelle is the quiet southern end of Benalmádena Costa, a low-density pocket between the N-340 and the shore where the coastline is broken into small coves rather than one long beach. It keeps its own suburban rail halt on the Málaga–Fuengirola line, which is the practical detail: the airport is about twenty minutes away by train, without touching the coastal road.

The sea is 372 metres from the site. Benalmádena's marina, the Puerto Marina, and the busier restaurant strip of Arroyo de la Miel are both a short drive north, while Fuengirola lies the same distance south.
