Macan Beach Residences — 3 and 4-Bedroom Penthouses in Benalmádena

Macan Beach Residences is a boutique building of just sixteen homes on a green slope in Benalmádena, about 300 metres from the beach. The homes have three or four bedrooms and wide terraces, and the building steps down the hillside so that most of them look over the gardens to the sea. Of the sixteen, two remain available, and both are penthouses: a single-level penthouse with three bedrooms and a duplex penthouse with four.

The penthouses

Living room, dining area and kitchen share one open space behind floor-to-ceiling glazing that slides back onto a covered terrace, so indoors and outdoors run together for most of the year. The duplex adds an upper floor with further bedrooms, one of them tucked under the sloping roof with a window framed on the sea. Bathrooms have underfloor heating, and the whole home has hot-and-cold air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and double glazing. Photovoltaic panels on the roof contribute to the building's energy use. Parking is private, in the building's garage, which has an electric-vehicle charging point, and each home has a storage room.

On-site amenities

The communal areas are designed as an extension of the homes. The pool is set in landscaped gardens with loungers and shaded daybeds, and there is a barbecue area for cooking outdoors. Residents also have a gym and a sauna. The complex is gated, with entry-phone access, a lift to every floor and step-free routes for people with reduced mobility.

Location

The building sits in the residential belt along the Benalmádena coast, with the sea a short walk downhill and shops, restaurants and a golf course within easy reach.
