Stella 8 — 3-Bedroom Apartments and a Duplex Penthouse in Benalmádena Costa

Stella 8 is a small, gated residential building in Benalmádena Costa, about 340 metres from the sea and Las Viborillas beach. It is under development, and three homes are currently offered: two three-bedroom apartments on a middle floor and a three-bedroom duplex penthouse. Every home has two bathrooms and its own private terrace, and the building is set back from the road behind landscaped planting.

The homes

The apartments are laid out to make the most of their floor area, with large windows that bring daylight deep into the rooms. The kitchen is open to the living area and comes fully furnished and equipped: induction hob, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven and extractor hood, under compact quartz worktops. Hot water is produced by a high-efficiency aerothermal system, and the homes have hot-and-cold air conditioning, double glazing and fitted wardrobes. Each apartment also has a storage room. The layouts face east and west, and the terraces look out towards the sea; the renderings show terraces with a hot tub, a lounge corner and space for outdoor dining. The penthouse is a duplex laid out over two levels.

On-site amenities

The building is gated and has an underground communal garage, so parking stays off the street. Outdoor life is centred on each home's own terrace: private terraces come with every unit, and the renderings show hot tubs set into them.

Location

Benalmádena Costa is the coastal strip of Benalmádena on the Costa del Sol, a residential area with a mild climate all year. The beach is a short walk downhill, and restaurants, supermarkets, schools, health centres and a golf course are all in the surrounding neighbourhood.
