Cor 39 is a boutique development of just 12 new-build apartments with a lift, in the centre of Palma de Mallorca. El Corte Inglés is a 500-metre walk, the stalls of Mercat de Pere Garau — Palma's best-known food market — are a few minutes in the other direction, and Plaça d'Espanya, the city's main transport hub, is within easy walking distance.

The seafront is under a kilometre away, and Palma airport is about 10 minutes by car, with fast connections to the rest of the island.
