Oliu is a small new-build development in the historic centre of Capdepera, on Mallorca's northeast coast. The complex sits a few minutes from the village's main square and the medieval Capdepera Castle, a fortified hilltop site built in the 14th century during the reign of Jaime II.

The development comprises apartments and townhouses laid out around a shared pool, landscaped gardens with native Mediterranean planting, and a relaxation area. Each home includes one or two underground parking spaces.

Palma de Mallorca airport is around 80 km away (roughly an hour and ten minutes by car). The northeast corner of the island is the greenest and least built-up, with much of the surrounding land inside the Llevant Natural Park.
