About Talaies de Canyamel

Talaies de Canyamel is a small new-build development on the northeast coast of Mallorca, about 150 metres from Canyamel beach. The complex sits beside the Canyamel stream, in a protected natural area of pinewoods and Mediterranean scrub.

The complex is laid out across two low-rise blocks and includes garden apartments, penthouses with private solarium, and duplexes — built around a contemporary Mediterranean architecture, with covered terraces, large glazed openings, and shared pool and gardens.

Canyamel is a quiet residential bay inside the municipality of Capdepera, on Mallorca's northeast coast. The beach is two or three minutes on foot from the development, below pine-covered headlands. Day-to-day amenities — supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants — are within Canyamel itself; the larger town of Capdepera lies a few kilometres inland.

Palma de Mallorca airport is around 80 km away (roughly an hour and ten minutes by car). The northeast of the island is greener and less built-up than the southwest, with several protected coves nearby — including Cala Mesquida and Cala Agulla.
