Edificio Antonella — 1 and 2-Bedroom Apartments near Playa del Cura, Torrevieja

Edificio Antonella is a new building of sixteen homes in the centre of Torrevieja, a short walk from Playa del Cura. The apartments are sold off-plan, and ten of them are currently offered: one-bedroom flats on the ground and middle floors, two-bedroom apartments with two bathrooms on the middle floors, and two penthouses at the top of the building. The street facade pairs white render with dark stone-effect cladding and glazed balconies.

The apartments

The layouts are compact and practical, aimed at buyers who want a place in town rather than a large home. Living rooms open onto the kitchen, and most apartments have a covered private terrace. The two-bedroom homes have a second bathroom en suite to the main bedroom, and every home comes with fitted wardrobes and electric blinds. The renders show light floors, white kitchen units and large windows. Hot water is supported by solar heating, and the building has a lift with step-free access from the street.

On-site amenities

The shared space is on the roof. According to the renders, the top of the building is laid out as a communal terrace with a small pool behind a glass balustrade, built-in lounge seating, sun loungers and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. From this level the view runs over the rooftops of the centre to the sea. The entrance has an entry phone.

Location — central Torrevieja

The building stands in the busy centre of Torrevieja, surrounded by shops, cafés, services and schools. Playa del Cura, one of the town's best-known beaches, is about 235 m away, and the seafront promenade, the marina and the leisure areas along the bay are within walking distance.
