About Edificio Lúxor

Edificio Lúxor is a small new building of just eight apartments on a residential street in Los Boliches, the eastern quarter of Fuengirola, about 300 metres from the sea. It is being sold off-plan with completion planned for June 2027, and seven homes are still available: two-bedroom apartments on the ground floor, two- and three-bedroom apartments on the middle floors and a two-bedroom penthouse at the top. In the visualisations the façade is narrow and traditional in feel, with stone-coloured cladding at street level, white balconies above and a dark pitched roof with dormer windows — a town house in scale rather than a complex.

Every apartment is handed over with hot and cold air conditioning already installed, a fully fitted kitchen and built-in wardrobes. Layouts are compact and open-plan, with kitchen, dining and living joined into one bright room and a private terrace off it. The penthouse has its own large solarium on the roof.

Los Boliches takes its name from the fishing nets once hauled up on its beach, and the grid of streets behind its seafront promenade covers daily needs on foot: local shops, tapas bars, pharmacies, supermarkets and schools — a car is optional. Playa de Santa Amalia, the nearest beach, is a few minutes’ walk away. Los Boliches has its own stop on the Cercanías commuter line, which runs along the coast to Málaga airport and the city centre, and the motorway is close by for trips further along the Costa del Sol.
