Edificio Soprano — Apartments between Playa del Cura and Los Locos, Torrevieja

Edificio Soprano is a small new-build block on three floors in the beach quarter of Torrevieja, roughly 600 metres from both Playa de los Locos and Playa del Cura. Four homes are currently offered: two one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor, a two-bedroom apartment on the middle floor and a two-bedroom penthouse on top. It is a compact building rather than an urbanisation, on an ordinary town street where the shops, cafés and the seafront promenade are all within a short walk. The developer states the building holds a tourist licence, so the apartments can be let short-term as well as lived in.

The apartments

Every apartment faces east or south, with an open-plan kitchen and living room, a fully fitted kitchen, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom in the main bedroom. Each has its own covered terrace; the ground-floor homes open directly onto theirs, and the penthouse adds a large private solarium across the roof. Optional storage rooms on the rooftop level are available at extra cost.

On-site amenities

The building is gated, with a lift to all floors, a communal pool and garden at ground level and a shared rooftop solarium. Entry-phone access covers the main door.

Location — Playa de los Locos

Soprano sits in the strip of streets between Playa de los Locos to the north and Playa del Cura to the south, the two town beaches with the longest promenades. Cala del Palangre, a small rocky cove, is about 400 metres away. The Paseo de Vista Alegre, the marina and the Friday market are all reachable on foot.
