ZOA 1 is a new five-storey apartment building in the centre of Torrevieja, about 700 m from Playa del Cura and within walking distance of everything the town offers. Location — Central Torrevieja

The building sits in the residential grid of central Torrevieja, a few streets back from the seafront, so the day is done on foot: supermarkets, pharmacies, schools and the Friday market are around the corner, Playa del Cura and its promenade about ten minutes’ walk, the marina and the harbour a little further. The Parque de las Naciones and the salt lagoon that gives the town its pink flamingos are a short drive or a long walk. Alicante airport is about forty minutes by the AP-7. For buyers, this is Torrevieja as a town to live in year-round rather than a beach urbanisation — a compact apartment where a car is optional.
