Green Valley — Single-Level Houses with Private Pools by a Golf Course, Mijas

Green Valley is a new development of 63 semi-detached and terraced houses in Cerros del Águila, a residential area of Mijas Costa set among green hills, with a golf course directly next to the development. All the homes are single-level, with two or three bedrooms; seventeen are currently available.

The houses

Each house is laid out on one floor, with the kitchen open to the living room and large glass doors onto covered and open terraces and a private garden. The homes come with a private pool and a solarium on the roof, which adds a second outdoor level for sunbathing and dining. The two-bedroom houses measure around 79 m² with two bathrooms; the three-bedroom houses range from about 99 to 121 m², the largest with three bathrooms. Specifications include hot-and-cold air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a fully fitted kitchen, an en-suite main bedroom and electric blinds. Photovoltaic panels and solar water heating are part of the build, and parking is private.

Communal areas

Between the houses the development has landscaped communal gardens and pedestrian walkways, and access is by entry phone. The surrounding area keeps plenty of green space, with walking paths through the natural setting.

Green Valley sits in Cerros del Águila, with a golf course immediately beside the development. The sea is about 2.4 km away and El Chaparral beach about 2.5 km. Fuengirola, La Cala de Mijas and Marbella are all within easy reach along the Costa del Sol.
