Maximlux — Apartments with a Rooftop Pool near Playa del Acequión, Torrevieja

Maximlux is a new residential building in El Acequión – Los Náufragos, a quarter of Torrevieja 185 metres from the sea. It holds 17 homes over five floors, topped by a shared roof terrace. Twelve apartments are currently offered, and completion is scheduled for September 2027.

The apartments

Most of the homes have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with 74 to 84 m² built; one compact one-bedroom apartment of 48 m² is also available. The offer includes a ground-floor apartment, apartments on the middle floors and two on the top floor. Every home comes with hot-and-cold air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, double glazing and electric blinds, and the kitchen is partially fitted. The visualisations show open-plan living and dining areas with full-height doors to the terrace, and bathrooms with walk-in showers, as well as LED cove lighting in the ceilings, wood-effect floors and marble-effect bathroom walls. The largest two-bedroom home is on the ground floor with 84 m²; the two top-floor apartments have 74 m² each.

The building

The roof is given over to shared use: a communal swimming pool and a chill-out area with sun loungers. A lift for up to eight people serves every floor, and access to the building is by entry phone.

El Acequión – Los Náufragos is a residential quarter of Torrevieja with shops close by and the town centre within easy reach. The nearest beach, Playa del Acequión, is about 340 metres from the building.
