The Valley — 3-Bedroom Townhouses with Private Pools in Elviria, Marbella

The Valley is a community of semi-detached townhouses in Elviria, the residential district in the green hills on the east side of Marbella. Eighteen homes are currently offered, all with three bedrooms, and every one of them has its own private pool and garden. On top of the private outdoor space, the community shares two further pools, landscaped gardens, a gym and a yoga space.

The townhouses

Each townhouse has three bedrooms, three bathrooms plus a guest toilet, and between 183 and 200 m² built. The interiors are laid out around open-plan living areas where the kitchen joins the lounge and large windows open onto covered terraces; depending on the house, the main aspect faces west or south-east. The main bedroom has its own bathroom, and the specification includes fitted wardrobes, a utility room and electric blinds. At garden level every home opens onto its private lawn and pool, while the upper floors have their own terraces. Each home has private parking.

Shared facilities

Residents share two communal pools set in landscaped gardens, a fully equipped gym and a dedicated yoga space. The renders show the rows of townhouses stepping down a green slope, with a timber footbridge crossing a planted gully inside the development.

Elviria is one of the established residential areas of east Marbella, a low-rise district of villas and small communities among pine-covered hills. The Valley lies about 2.2 km from the sea, and the nearest beach, Playa de Artola, is around 2.4 km away. Shops and schools are close by.
