Torrevieja Twins — 5-Bedroom Detached Villas in Aguas Nuevas, Torrevieja

Torrevieja Twins are two matching detached villas built side by side on Avenida de las Cortes Valencianas in Aguas Nuevas, a residential district in the north of Torrevieja. Each villa has five bedrooms and 368 m² built, spread over two floors and a large flat roof terrace, with its own garden and private pool. The two differ only in the number of bathrooms: one has three, the other four. The structure and façades are complete; in the photos the interiors are at the final fitting stage, and the handover date is confirmed on request.

The villas

The architecture is cubic and restrained: white rendered volumes with grey stone panels, dark aluminium windows with roller shutters and a first-floor terrace over the entrance. Wide steps lead up from the lawn to the front door. On the ground floor the kitchen is open to the living area, finished with black stone-effect worktops, and a large window in the living room looks out onto the palm-lined avenue. A straight staircase leads to the bedroom floor. The main bedroom has its own bathroom, there is a walk-in wardrobe, and fitted sliding wardrobes line the hall and the landing. The bathrooms combine timber vanity units, round illuminated mirrors and walk-in showers with black-framed glass screens. There is also a utility room, and the villas come with underfloor heating and pre-installed air conditioning.

Outdoor space

Each plot has a landscaped garden laid to lawn, a gravel path along the side of the house and a private pool. The flat roof is a full-size terrace enclosed by a parapet, with open views over the surrounding rooftops.

Location — Aguas Nuevas

Aguas Nuevas is an established part of Torrevieja with shops, cafés, bars and schools close by. The sea is about 1.4 km away, and Playa de Cabo Cervera, a wide sandy beach, about 1.6 km.
