Verdana Villas is a collection of detached villas in Elviria, on the east side of Marbella, designed as a contemporary take on Andalusian architecture: white façades, natural stone details and large windows. The villas are set among pine-covered hills, and each has its own landscaped garden and private infinity pool.

The villas

All twelve villas on offer have four bedrooms and four bathrooms, with 300 to 325 m² built. Open-plan living areas are filled with light from the large windows and continue onto generous terraces, the garden and the pool, so the house works as one indoor-outdoor space. The master suites have spa-style bathrooms and dressing areas. Each villa has a private gym, and the specification includes hot-and-cold air conditioning, underfloor heating, a fireplace, a heated pool and parking for more than one car.
