Villas de Mar II is a residential of sixteen plots of 400 to 800 m² in Playa Honda, on the southern shore of the Mar Menor within the Cartagena municipality. Three villas are currently available in three models: a three-bedroom villa of 115.6 m² and two of 192.52 m² with three or four bedrooms, each with three bathrooms. A show villa is built and furnished; the remaining plots are built to order, with delivery around twenty months from purchase.

All models are south-east facing, with a kitchen-lounge opening onto a covered terrace, a private garden and pool, and a solarium above. The specification includes pre-installed air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen, an ensuite bathroom, fitted wardrobes, double glazing, private parking with an EV charge point and photovoltaic panels. Location — Playa Honda

Playa Honda is the last lagoon village before La Manga: a wide promenade along the Mar Menor, with Playa Paraíso and Playa Honda themselves three minutes away, and the open Mediterranean at Cabo de Palos five minutes in the other direction. The Calblanque regional park, with its undeveloped coves, is under ten minutes.

La Manga Club's golf courses are ten minutes, Cartagena city and the Santa Lucía hospital about twenty-five. Murcia airport at Corvera is around fifty minutes, Alicante about an hour and a quarter.
