Montemar — Single-Level Villas with Private Pools at Altaona Golf, Murcia

Montemar is a development of detached villas inside Altaona Golf & Country Club, a residential golf resort in open countryside south of the city of Murcia, laid out around an 18-hole course with mountains on the horizon. The villas are designed for living on one level, with the bedrooms on the ground floor, and every home has its own pool and garden. Plots in the development start from 300 m². Seven villas are currently offered, with completion planned for May 2027.

The villas

All available villas have three bedrooms. Four measure about 106 m² with two bathrooms; three larger homes of 123–126 m² add a guest toilet. The kitchen is open to the living and dining room, and the main bedroom has its own bathroom. The specification includes fitted wardrobes, a utility room, double glazing, electric shutters, pre-installed air conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathrooms, a fibre-optic connection and photovoltaic solar panels.

Plot, pool and terraces

Each villa stands on its own plot with a private garden, a private pool and private parking. Covered and open terraces connect the living area with the pool, and the outdoor space faces south-west, with views of the surrounding mountains. In the photographs of the finished show villa, an outdoor staircase leads up to a roof terrace with a glass balustrade.
