All properties in Costa Blanca — Market Overview
The Costa Blanca is 200 km of Alicante coastline, and it changes character along its length. The northern capes — Dénia, Jávea, Moraira, Calpe, Benissa and the Cumbre del Sol — are the premium end, where cliffside plots and sea views carry a scarcity premium on land. The centre, around Benidorm, Finestrat and La Nucía, holds most of the current new-build supply: hillside apartments and villas with infinity pools, twenty minutes from Alicante airport. The south — Torrevieja, Guardamar del Segura, San Miguel de Salinas and the golf resorts inland — is the affordable end, with the salt-lake microclimate and the widest choice for a modest budget.
Where your budget lands is largely a question of geography. Under €300,000 the map is southern, and you are choosing between apartments and bungalows. Between €300,000 and half a million the centre opens up — Benidorm and Finestrat, Calpe, Villajoyosa — and the first detached villas appear. From half a million the hills behind Benidorm dominate the choice, and a villa becomes the norm rather than the exception. Above a million you are on the northern capes and the Sierra Cortina ridge, where the land itself is the scarce part.
The large majority of what we list on the Costa Blanca is new-build or off-plan, delivered to current technical code — aerothermal climate systems, A-rated insulation — and often still customisable if reserved early in construction. The rest is resale in established urbanisations, where mature gardens and a settled community are the trade-off for an older technical specification. Every property is visited by our team before publication, and we run the purchase through our legal partners, from reservation contract to notary.
